Any returned goods must be first authorized by our Customer Service Department. Notification must be received within 5 days of receipt of your products. We do not accept broken containers or those that have deteriorated due to improper storage. Goods may not be returned for credit unless approved by Customer Service. For returns, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be affixed on the return package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
